Fitbody Fitcamp has a great range of training activities to keep you occupied and let's not forget-fit and healthy!
We train all year round because we know fitness is something you need to commit to for life and not just a few weeks where you start to see results then stop because the program finishes. We also never do the same workout twice which is important to your health and fitness goals. The human body is an adaptable machine and we do not let this adaptation occur!!
We do a variety of outdoor group training exercises that are sure to not only make you feel healthier, but enrich your general lifestyle and well-being in the process.
Fitbody Fitcamp carry's all the gear you need and utilizes general body exercises, logs, circuit training, boxing, kick boxing, resistance and suspension bands, sand bags and tyre's!! We also never repeat the same workout twice to keep the mind and body guessing!
In doing this we reduce body fat, increase muscle tone and strength, improve cardio-vascular fitness, flexibility, speed and agility. We really want everyone to be Fit for Life!

To monitor your progress besides the obvious of feeling better and looking great, Fitbody Fitcamp completes periodic standard beep tests. From this we can gauge where you're aerobically at to a national standard with our Fit Body Fit Charts and also give approximate VO2 max readings. This is also a fantastic exercise/test for sporting persons or people trying to gain entry to the police force or military services.
There really is something for everyone and always an alternative, if you have trouble doing something, or have an existing injury.
Fitbody Fitcamp takes into consideration varying fitness levels and pushes you to your own limits in a competition free environment. We also have a judgement free policy so come experience the fun at Fitbody Fitcamp!
