Leigh in the past eight years has guided clients to achieve some amazing health and fitness goals, including individual weight losses of up to 40 kilos. He has also trained one of Australia's top Olympic silver medal athlete's. Leigh enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle and has competed in long distance triathlons. He believes that it's a lack of support and information, not will power, that is the limiting factor in a person's health and fitness endeavour.
Jason brings a wealth of knowledge to Fit Body Fit Camp having worked in the health and fitness industry for over 6 years and participated for 9. He specializes in weight loss, body toning and re-shaping. He is an expert at correcting technique errors and ensuring people do not over exert themselves. He believes that nutrition plays a big part in training and encourages all his clients to eat healthy.
